I went for Seoul Garden buffet today with my Platoon for cohesion, over @ Marina Square.
Got greedy, and over eat, and PUKED later, after 20mins of walking around.
Seriously stupid, and it's a bad feeling.
Haven't vomit since I don't know when, and now I remember, the feeling sucks.

Reminiscence
Revisiting the place I stayed at 6 years ago before the shift has brought back much memories...

Memories of my younger days,
Days when things were just exciting,
Without worries, I ran along with friends..

Friends faded, and lost contact,
People come and people go,
But some things are still the same, just that it is older now..

The stall owners at the coffee shop,
Those who knew me from young,
Who had seen through my growing up in the neighbourhood, they are still around..

Toiling their days ever so long,
Dishing out food that taste like old times,
With prices the same, not affected by economic ups and downs..

Took a walk back on the track that I had taken each morning,
The familiar path past the Houngang GRC office,
And chasing buses that come out of the corner, right on time!

It's cause I only knew about the change on Friday afternoon, and I was out @ Ikea till late.. =x
Therefore, I did not prepare.
My bad.

There is still tomorrow, need to wake up early and reach by 0745...

I always enjoy myself when I go there, doing some home planning of my dream house.

I went to ECP today!
Like finally after a super long time... I think it's been about a year plus..
But it's bad... BAD.
Why must ships collide, and spill so much oil!
Tsk.. Ruined an otherwise perfect day by the beach.. ):
Ran 8km with my unit mates, breathing in the toxix fumes - BAD - and completed in 38.2mins (:
Weather was good, so some of my friends - Bryan, ShiHan, Han Bin, Zhenwei, Kar Long, Quek, Jingbin, Yongshen, Weihong (who was riding a bicycle) and An An - decided to try skating..
One was super pro, one was like me - above average, seven were average, and one was noob (respectively)!
The pro did some cool tricks, but too bad I forgot to capture it on my phone.
The noob kept falling on his butt, until he gave up and swapped with another guy who was riding the bicycle, haha.. But not bad la, for the first try. (:
Weihong is really good on the bike though, and showed us some nifty tricks... it was wow for many of us - the dull people on cycling, but he said those were just basic, as he doesn't have his own bike with him.. WHEELIE! :O

We had lunch over at Macs (BORING), after deciding that Lagoon was too far for them to walk there, and Marine Parade was like wise.. D:

Shopped around for awhile after lunch at the usual "Sunday hang-out area" with Weihong, and spotted some funny stuff... First was a Reversed Vening Machine @ NTUC Finest, which was quite interesting.. It aims to recycle plastic bottles and drink cans.. Didn't get to try it out though, as the machine was full. D:

On taking a closer look..

And then we started laughing.. we spotted bad signages! haha.. Those with wrong spelling, Lol. FLATEN instead of FLATTEN. xD

I went to the cinema for a movie today - Ip Man 2.
It so rocks my sock, all the action and fighting..
And it also brought forth a sense of Chinese value!
Mainly honour and respect, what a treasure in the chinese tradition. (:

After the movie (the end of the credit roll), I instinctively wanted to punch people, seriously getting hype from too many fighting scenes, haha..
I stood and turned around, and the whole cinema was empty, except the ushers, who were doing some cleaning..
So I gave a RoaR to the back before walking out..
However, something on the floor caught my eyes- a glossy white rectangle, with a bitten grey apple icon..
YES, an iPhone!! OMGDAWAH!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT, WHAT CHANCE! :D
But for some unknown reason (maybe it's because the Holy Spirit knows that I am unable to stand up against this 'temptation of covetousness' without help), I handed it over to John Lam, who was there with us for the movie, who later withheld it from me despite my desperate attempts on asking him to let me see/touch/possess it until the owner calls (cause it's locked).
Which was good, cause if I had it with me, and was allowed to go off with it, I would have immediatedly went to Luke's house to Jailbreak™ it, and either sell it for money or pass it to my sister (cause I really dislike iPhone).. :O
And while John was holding on to it, doubt swelled up within my, thinking that John may not return it if I left it to himself.
Sigh, me of evilness.
Thankfully, after a 40mins walk around T1, the owner's husband called (which means the phone belonged to a lady, and how careless and slow can that lady be!) to ask of our location.
My heart felt relieved, that finally the phone has been returned to the rightful owner, and I am able to make my way home..

From this, I've learnt that I:
1. Should do the right thing, which is to return the phone; Prob 10:2
2. Should be contented with what God has given me; - Phil 4:12
3. Need to work on my character, with the help of the Holy Spirit; Phil 4:13
4. To thank John, and not doubt - to hold a man true to his word.

Thank you God for this opportunity to see my weakness - a test which helped me see that my flesh failed.
Praise the Lord, always.

The "feeling" from the previous visit I had 3 years back still hasn't wear off yet, so I wasn't much keen..
